This is in preparation of the POL-ITE Games ’09.
Disclaimer:
Being chosen from the Recrea Open does not mean that you are automatically in the school team.
You are just given more coaching to make you improve.
There will be another trial at the beginning of the next semester to determine the players who will be chosen to be in the school team.
If you are chosen from the Recrea Open, it will increase your chances of entering the school team for the POL-ITE Games ’09.
Rules
1. Players must report to the organizers at the event venue 20 minutes ahead of their scheduled game play.
2. The American Scoring System (11 points – without deuce) with the best of 3 games will be used for the Recrea Open. This is to teach players the importance of their service in a competition.
3. Players losing in the 1st round of the Recrea Open will qualify for the Plate Event.
4. All decisions made by the organizers are final and players must comply.
